Babylone bb or another Pochette Metis?

I’m having a hard time deciding between these bags. I am pretty certain this will be my year for mahina [emoji6] I have always loved the babylone in galet, but the price keeps holding me back. I love my PM noir, and always enjoy seeing the PM reverse when I see it. The versatility of the cross body option for both bags is perfect for me. If I get the babylone, will I freak out if I see a spot on it? Will I be able to take it on a Target run?? Bumping up to the $3500+ price tag is a whole new level of bag for me. Which would you choose?

I love PM but Babylone hands down. It’s such an elegant no fuzz bag. The laser created monogram is so gorgeous.

Bags from LV keep getting more and more expensive depending on the model of the bag. I love the pochette metis in reverse and I’ve seen YouTube videos and people on the street wearing it and it looks fabulous for day and night however I think the Babylon is so much more special especially if you already have a pochette metis in noir. Buy the babylone because that’s the one you really want and make sure to take good care of it. I think you could use this as an everyday bag easily plus don’t worry about it wearing and tearing. That’s what bags are made for! I don’t baby my Louis Vuitton bags and neither should you (only when you store it in your closet [emoji12])

The Babylone BB is gorgeous! Yes, perfect for a target run.. the first time I saw this bag irl was in Old Navy. If your jumping into deeper (more expensive) water, I say the BB is a great jump.

I vote for the Babylone BB, too. I have 2 of them and they are the most comfortable bags ever! And they are durable and you can also wear them for erands.

Babylone. Just saw it in store recently and it’s stunning. I think if that’s what you really want, and it sounds like it is, you will regret settling for something else.

Babylone BB! While I like the reverse, I have tried the Babylone BB on in store and it is indeed a beautiful bag. I think what’s stopped me personally is the short, rolled handle, but the long strap is definitely more comfortable than most other straps due to the slight widening at the top. Get it so you have two different styles in your collection!

I just found this thread and I couldn’t help smiling.

Just want to join here, I just ordered a Babylon bb noir preloved. I’ve been wanting a galet, but a noir came up in excellent condition at a reasonable price.
Also bought the PM in reverse a few months ago.

I have both now and I should be satisfied and am off to ban island till 2022.
