No advice, but found a forum that has a 76 page thread from users that use it, LOL! Make some tea and have a loooong read. I read it, lol. It took me about 4 days in the evening after the kids were in bed.

I don't know anything about LightStim, but I've been using the Baby Quasar red and blue lights for about six weeks and it seems to be helping. It takes a lot of time and I don't do it as consistently as I should, so I'm sure I'll have better results if I can start doing that . . . but I've noticed a difference in breakouts and skin tone. I use it with a 50% hyaluronic acid copper peptide product--Kaplan MD Perfecting Serum.

I just got the mini lightstim. I will post after trying it out for a month or so. It says it takes about 6-8 weeks to see results...
