I was wondering how one would go about sending her Kelly to the spa? Should I call the NYC store for contact information? I live in Ohio and have no plans to travel to any H store in the near future so I can't drop her off...

P.S. Dreamed of this forum all night long last night... no specifics to relay but I woke up at 6 am with avatars swirling in my brain!

I just got one of my birkins back from the spa in approximately 6 weeks and no charge!! The bag looks lovely too.
