B35 new bag

This is my new b35 in color Bleu Saphir & Taurillon Novello leather. Do you know what’s the white stuff on my bag, has anyone have this issue too? Thanks

I have that on my kelly too.. It's like glue I think if it's the same.. I use tape and stick on it so it picks up.. And I have to use clipper carefully to take the remaining it's gone now.

If it’s glue a hair dryer to warm it up does the trick. Should disappear, just hold hairdryer far enough away. If it’s a stain, I’m not sure.

If it is a whitish film, that is fats from the leather and a blow dryer on gentle warm will melt that film of fat back into the leather. I have never had glue flakes on my bags and didn't know that was a thing, but if it's glue, or anything else (it looks more spotty than like a film), I would take to the store.

This is true... SM saw that on Mrs. PP's Birkin, took it to the back and used a hairdryer and POOF, gone in a jiffy!

I tried to use wet wipes and it still reappear back in 5 secs... I’ll try the hair dryer method, if it doesn’t work I guess I need to take it to the nyc store and see how they can fix it.

Simply, they are made for living skin, not leather; many contain softening agents, ethanol, hydroquinone, and other things you wouldn't want to use on dyed, or any, leather.
There are dedicated leather cleaners that will not harm your bags.
