B or K shopping in Barcelona, Italy, Lucerne and Strasbourg

Need advice from all lovelies... I am going for a trip to Rome, Florence, Venice, Lucerne and Strasbourg. Can anyone advise me on how to score a B or K? Is there any second hand H stores worth visiting in any of these cities?
