From other's experience, Cricket's is authentic. PF members have bought b-bags from them. But I've heard their customer service is hot and cold.

Cricket's is authentic..but they are soooo slow on replying to your email...calling them might be the fastest way.

hiya, yer cricket is 1000000000% authentic. Their internet site has recently been updated but this hardly happens so i suggest ringing the store. Everybody is very very nice in there so i hope you should have wonderful customer service from them. They have some beautiful things in store though *in love with their paddys*
