A person from the louis vuitton customer relations just emailed me and told me that they spoke to the store I purchased the Azur at. Now they say that the chape has 3 scratches on it..Oh my god! what is going on! They never even mentioned that to me! Frustrated!

could they have mixed up your azur with someone else's!? but sent you your own? i dunno..lv is weird sometimes..
So sorry you're going through this. My first azur speedy had marks on it....almost like pen. I bought it at Neiman Marcus LV and they took it back as a defect.
