Tory Burch Awesome Customer care follow up

Back in November they had a friends and family sale with a bonus "Lucky" promotion and they gave away a USB flash drive, apparently it was popular and they ran out. Yesterday they sent me one in the mail! 4 months after the event, wow, super impressed

Thank you for sharing! TB customer service has been making improvements for the better. In 2013 I had around 4 packages that came much later than expected. In 2014, there were no mishaps. I am expecting the same in 2015.

I've had great experiences with Tory Burch on-line customer service. Although most of my Tory shopping is done in the TB boutiques where I receive TERRIFIC service. The two boutiques I shop at are in Scottsdale AZ and Calgary AB.
