She wont communicate, cant speak English, lives in Japan but has US forwarding. Makes very extreme claims of damage that are not true, files cases without contacting you first, and escalating cases for revenge. A real sweet one she is.

I just love it when these buyers save they don't speak english well and the next thing

you see how they are able to express themselves so clearly when it comes

to leaving feedback.... buyers like this, belong someplace special like h***

This is a seller's worst nightmare..

Files for damages that aren't true & escalates

Not a kind of BUYER anyone that I know would want to deal with

and yes there should be a special place for them to go....:nono:

because what they do is shameful, despicable & mean to sellers

Wow, that's intense.

It's not intense until perhaps it happens to you

I wonder how you would feel if a buyer did this to you??

Sellers work pretty darn hard today & have lots of obstacles to

deal with compounded by buyers who do many inappropriate things..

One of them being filing unnecessary disputes/claims without giving a seller

an opportunity to correct the situation...

Probably be angry and mad, but wishing they'd burn in h*** is another story!

I have to chalk it up to part of doing business I guess, but its really unfortunate people care so little about others. Ill put up the fight if needed but Ill probably get screwed anyway.

At this point I am just fearful she will cut up the item before returning it to me, because she is claiming it is a torn up rag with holes even though it was in gourgeous condition, and I will be rewarded with no money, no shirt, and a negative feedback on my record from her. I feel so bullied.

I only wore that shirt only once because it was too big. It was so nice. I would expect from her attitude she probably shoved a scissors through it to prove its a pilly unwearable rag with holes as she says. She mocked me about my claims it was in excellent condition.

Karma will eventually catch up with people who do this..

and yes there is a place for them....

And wonder if you remember a thread awhile back about the seller

who sold a Hermes birkin bag that was $$$$$$ and the buyer claimed

it was fake & ebay or paypal don't remember which asked the buyer

to sign an affadavit saying the bag was fake & they destroyed the bag..

and the seller had all the paperwork showing it was authentic

where do you think she'd like that buyer to go???

and sellers who sell genuine/authentic items are are subject to a

switcheroo...the list goes on with high end luxury goods, etc

and all the other scams/inappropriateness that is done to sellers

there can be tremendous financial impact when these situations occur

so where is it that perhaps these buyers should go

To Serendipty for a frozen hot chocolate... don't think so...
