Years ago, I used the Aveda Humectant (dark blue bottle, enhanced wave/curl but kept it under control). My hair used to be thick, but is getting thinner, and always has been prone to frizz if not blown out.
I can't tell from the current product descriptions on the Aveda website which is more effective for maintaining wave, the Humectant or the Anti-Humectant. Your advice? And does either one need to be applied with heat (with a blow dryer)?
