Authenticity card question

Hi! I recently purchased a pre loved card holder and I got the box and authenticity card with it and card holder itself was verified by entrupy and I’m 99.9999% sure its real and have no reason to doubt that however my authenticity card has a weird little extra piece! is this normal? i attached a pic

Yes, most if not all of mine have that. I thought it was odd too, but these were on pieces bought brand new.
