Authenticity Card Missing???

Has anyone ever purchased a bag without the authenticity card where they stamp the purchase date & location of purchase?

I just got the new small montaigne 30 & it did not come with it. I contacted customer service & they said not all bags come with that? I only got this card that certified that it meets their quality standards

If your bag is considered a small leather good (SLG), then it will only come with a flimsy version of the "authenticity card".
