Yes. Just last week i used https://legitgrails.com/ to authenticate a kate bag i bought from eBay from a consignment store. Happy that mine was authentic given the more rounded shape of my bag. Later found the same bag from Nordstrom in black so that backs their expertise even more. They are very friendly and patient, and also have a chat feature on their site. Happy with their service.
