You’re very welcome. Glad I could help. It’s def still possible to find authentic Falabellas on sites like eBay and Mercari but always feel free to post them here and I’ll authenticate them. I do see fakes from time to time on certain sites. There’s some scammers who list a new bag every few weeks with very low starting bids. They often put lots of tissue paper in the bag so you can’t see the lining which tends to be the biggest giveaway to me. Then some sellers honestly don’t know their selling a fake but those bags are usually used by the sellers. I hope you can get your money back! Its often scary to purchase them when you’re not sure, but it’s never a problem to post them here first and I’ll gladly help! Hope you find an authentic gray mini, and I also love the gray Falabellas!
Could some authenticate this for me? This bag is missing the manufacturer tag and the seller said Stella McCartney didn’t have it in place 10 years ago. Is that true?

Hi I am new here and I’m trying to get help. I believe I purchased a fake Stella McCartney Falabella 3 chain bag. Listed as Large but it’s acantílate 14x14 which from I understand it’s a medium. It has not white tag inside. Also the logo isn’t centered. If it’s. A fake I need to return it and see about getting my money back. Pleas help! I thank you in advance.

Hi, I too am new to Stella McCartney. However recently I found out that Stella McCartney customer care can help you authentic the bag. They are one of the only companies that does this because they believe in recycling and being eco-friendly. I submitted my pictures through their online website and they got back to me within about four days. I hope this helps you. No one on the thread ha shorten back to me the bag I bought but it was a fake and I sent it back. Btw I too had my eye on that Posh Stella bag. The colors are so great. Hope this helps.

Hi can someone please authenticate this bag. I got it from Outnet. The bag material feels good and the chains are heavy and great quality. It feels authenticate. However, I'm not sure about the white tag. I have Stella bags and usually they have 3 lines of letters/numbers. Thanks a bunch!
Hello all, following the purchase of a pre-loved Falabella, and reading here of Stella McCartneys customer care authentication services, I can confirm that they are great. I forwarded photographs (lots) of an early Falabella ( no labels) with its receipt etc., and customer care quite quickly came back to me, after checking photographs, receipts, if bag was the one for said receipts, etc that bag was ok.
