I would be confident buying from this seller. Most of the complaints/negs seem to be for long shipping times, or left by rip off artists (bought 4 items and ALL of them were damaged, right....) and people who can't read a title description.

My biggest concern was the no returns X-(

Personally I would be concerned for anyone selling a secondhand item saying it has some scratches but then doesn't actually show any of the areas of damage in the photos.

Haven't got one to compare to myself but looking at photos of the markings inside stock photos from Cartier's website all of them are centred where as the markings in the eBay photos are slightly lower than centre to my eyes.

Cant say for certain one way or the other but there are enough warning signs for me not to buy if I was looking
