BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number

  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read

Thank you! It's authentic. It's from the Sheridan line, made around 1992. The style was called Richmond bag, #4209. Some of this line were made without numbers on the creed.

I didn't realize that your "another consignment item" post was referring to the pictures in the post above it (#90,108). I assumed you'd forgotten to attach pictures.

I think the Cassie bag looks good.

Both are authentic. The first was made in the early 90s. I believe there will be a noticeable difference in the quality between the two.

Yes, if soft thick supple leather is important to you. Also it will keep it's color better and rehab well when necessary. The newer one has an adjustable strap while the vintage one isn't adjustable.

I was wondering if someone could help. I purchased this bag, which is supposed to be a limited edition Rambler in chalk/off white. I have not received it yet.
Is it genuine?

The listing is on a selling platform called Vinted in the UK and as I use the app, I cannot provide a link. Here is the info:

- Glovetanned leather
- One credit card slot
- Turnlock closure, leather and fabric lining
- Outside slip pocket
- Adjustable strap with 21 ½ drop for shoulder or crossbody wear
- Size 8 ¾” L x 6 ¾” H x 3 ¼” W

All these look ok to me, but something in the creed seems off. What do you think?
