Even though the seller states there is no hologram sticker, there should be one unless it had rubbed off, which in that case, should still see some remnants from the sticker. Ask the seller for a close up picture of the remnants and ask for the MADE IN stamp and close up engraving on the CC marking on the tassel.

Looks promising. Ask the seller for a less overexposed picture of the hologram sticker so we can see hologram sticker details better (the scored X, rectangular scored line around the white part of the sticker, gold specks) and the engraving on the zipper head.

I purchased this pair of shades from e-bay. I own quite a few pair, some purchased from Chanel and others from ebay. They all have the serial number on the lenses except for this new pair. They also do not have the manufacturers information on the arms, however, the arms are silver metal with cutouts and it might be difficult to imprint anything on them. Anyway, I am questioning them and wonder if you would kindly give an opinion as to authenticity. Thanks very much.

Based on the pictures posted in the listing the bag appears authentic. The original retail on the baby cabas was $1795 and then by the end of 2007 was up to $1995. It is retired now so you really have to decide for yourself how much it is worth to you in used condition.
