Authenticate This Balenciaga red city bag...

Hi,

Could someone please help me to determine if this Balenciaga is authentic or not?

Model: Balenciaga city bag
Color: red
Material: chevre
Metal tag: Balenciaga Paris N 0754C 115748
Backside leather tag: 115748 3444 Made in Italy

It looks like the real deal but the paper tag that I got with the bag says:
2010 1 173084 D941G 960
The number on the paper tag does not match the inside tag!? (I think the paper tag is from a 'Giant' city bag). So I don't know what to think, authentic or not? Please help!

There is one extra tassel, but not wrapped anymore...

I have an authentic Balenciaga first in black (also chevre) and the leather feels a little bit different to me...but maybe that's normal...
