Authenticate Cartier’s jewelry

where can I get my love bracelet authenticate? Jeweler is selling a love bracelet full set but missing certificate .

You cannot really get anything authenticated, except buying from Cartier. If they will polish or work on it (not just take it in, but complete the service), it generally means that they believe it to be authentic themselves and you'll have the receipt ("service papers", sometimes).

15 or 20 years ago, I used to bring in pre-loved Cartier watches that I bought (I did this twice) and Cartier would provide written appraisals for the watches for insurance purposes. Once I received the appraisals (they’d keep the watch, open it and give it a look-over), I felt confident of the watches’ authenticity. I have no idea if they still provide that service.
