Authentic This Coach Legacy Zebra Flap!

Can someone please confirm that this is a real Authentic Coach bag? It looks real to me and has an accurate Coach #. It is on ebay Item #200116379843. I didn't realize this bag was black and brown. This bag is not availabe from Coach direct anymore so a PCE card wont help.. Thanks so much!

something that bothers me is the metal hangtag. I'm not sure if it's supposed to have it.
Coach's stock picture http://www.coach.com/assets/product_images/drilldown1/10366_d1.jpg doesn't show the hang tag.
I'd also be wary of a seller with only 1 feedback (AND it's for selling the exact same bag).

I'd stay stay away.
