Authentic GUCCI websites? 1st time buyer!

Can anyone tell me if these websites sell authentic GUCCI bags? I am dying to get a GUCCI 154180 Boston Bag AU$1100 in the GUCCI Sydney Store, but I thought I could pick it up a little cheaper through one of these sites....

I wouldn't trust either one because each site does not list a physical address, which is a red flag for me, and they each have restocking fees if you return something (10-20%). Personally I never buy from sites that have restocking fees. I think it's a ripoff.
