I've been trying to figure this out for months and still couldn't find an answer to it. If anyone out there have any suggestions on how to rectify this, pls let me know!
So, TB opened their first boutique in Australia last August and that's pretty much when the issue started. I suddenly stopped getting their online offer emails (but still getting emails for their in-store offers). I missed their cyber monday sale and also their semi annual sale because I didn't receive any email updates. Usually I would regularly get email updates from them weekly (whether it's offers or not).
I've checked my spam/junk folder; nothing. I've checked my email preferences in my TB account; it's subscribed to "whenever there's news". I've emailed them saying that I've suddenly stopped receiving emails, but they always came back saying that my email setting is correct and they've been sending me emails (?). I've tried changing my location to the US, I've tried creating new email accounts (gmail, outlook) and re-subscribe, but the emails still don't come in
. Does any one of you have the same issue? If yes, did you eventually got it rectified?
