I have a few bags in the smooth leather and have not had scratches on them. I think any scratches that appear can be buffed out pretty easily using your finger to rub it out.

That's great to hear. My Flo hobo is usually the same, but this leather is so smooth and pretty I just wasn't sure how it would handle. My only hesitation is the opening doesnt accommodate my kindle fire, it's 10 inches. But that might not be a deal breaker. I haven't had much time today, but tomorrow I will put my things in and carry her around the house. The navy is divine.

Thanks!. I decided to keep her, she is so soft and smells soooo good. She fits nicely on my arm as well.

I ended up sending her back...... after finding the lolo bags the opening on this one was a deal breaker.
