other sites are saying that it is the Lauren Conrad Ashlee Dress. but im not sure

I took a look the Ashlee Dress and it looks a little different, the shoulder strap side overlaps the material from the other bust. Plus there is a kind of a triangle shaped panel right beneath the bust area, whereas Audrina's dress looks to be one single piece all the way down.
