Leave it to another appraiser who could gain your business to not inform you accurately of a local independent appraiser. Shame on him.

I live in STL and I know of one, and she is excellent. I know she's been mentioned repeatedly on PS but not many folks will maybe remember that.

She is excellent, if a little conservative in her value assessments.

Since I don't post on PS anymore, I can't post there over there but if nothing else maybe someone else can.

I don't post over there because telling the truth on that site is a lost cause. Not allowed to have honest discussion about a poor experience with a big advertiser. The new "Regime" has gotten a little better but it's still the same old game there.

ya I dont want to bad mouth, but when I post a question or stone i find people can be clique-y or sometimes just rude to people asking questions....so i chose to just not post anything and stay out of it all

What is ps?
Pricescope;)

I noticed that too!! I'm picking up a "How dare you enter this forum and NOT know ANYTHING about diamonds!" kinda vibe... or maybe it's just me. I haven't had anything directly but from other posts I've read some not so nice stuff.
