oooh that is CUTE! How about some pointy-toed slingbacks (with a low or no heel) - if it's a wedding, they might make the whole look more elegant.

Agree with the drop earrings and some bracelets or bangles. Definitely a clutch.

as soon as i saw the grey color i thought of a magenta, plum, or wine colored clutch! and strappy shoes w/ some baubles or stones on them. i agree w/ the other folks that a necklace isn't necessary because of the bow, but some simple earrings (thin, straight dangles perhaps?) and maybe a bracelet or two would be adorable.
