I just call B-NY to check on a bag that was held in my name. But the SA that held it for me was off today and the SA that answered the phone said that all the SAs were busy right now and I'd have to call back...Now that doesn't sound too bad but it was the snobby way she said it...
I'm a reasonable person and understand being busy but couldn't she have said, "I'm sorry, I'm with someone right now but I will be happy to take your number and call you back in a few"...Is this too much to ask when you are wanting to spend $1600+ 
Or are we just too friendly in the South? Geez! Give me a break!
