Attention San Diego Hermes shoppers, visitors, please read.

Hello,

I might be coming to San Diego in a few days. And I'm looking to buy a Birkin 35. Does anyone from SD (or not) have go to SD Hermes store recently and saw a Birkin 35 there? Please please please let me know. I hope they have 1. Thanks.

It is a small store and IMO not the friendliest. But ya never know.

I used to shop at this store quite a bit. They almost always have Birkins on the shelf - even exotics. Like TankerToad said, it is a very small store (only about 2000-2500 sq ft), and they have lost some of their better staff members.

I will be there next Friday as well as I fly in to SAN to go somehwere else but the mall is not far fro the airport so I will do a "fly by" and see if they have anything interesting.
It is one of the H stores I felt was not as welcoming. The last time I was there about a month ago, I stopped at the SCP store in OC later the same day and the whole VIBE was a world of difference.
I bought a 32 Gold Togo Kelly that day. Might have bought it at SD had they been even remotely friendly.

You are lucky that you were treated well at SCP, TankerToad. That is the store I ended up firing and that failed to resolve the problem with my gator wallet. I think it might be a nice store to visit, but if you spend a lot of money there on a weekly basis, they treat you like dirt. The SA's there can be very, very jealous of their customers.

We talked a lot about Europe.
So interesting that was the store.
I love the Chicago store but they are funny about me shopping anywhere but with them. But like you, I travel so I like to go to different H Boutiques.
I did not realize that SCP was the offending store, hmmmm I might not have shopped there. I guess the trick is to be the random customer there.

Very true! I know exactly who helped you too...lol SCP got very funny about me shopping at other stores also. They got mad that I bought a croc bag from Bev Hills - but they had not offered me one, so I went where the inventory was. I ran into the old SM for that store at an LV event, and she is considering suing H because of the way she was treated at that store. It is just a very sick environment all around.
