Yes, me! I used to use warm water and washing up liquid but decided to buy a proper cleaner last year and it is amazing! It can clean very effectively with just water but I bought professional cleaning fluid to use with the machine and my jewellery looks as if it’s been professionally cleaned afterwards. I highly recommend buying one. I got mine from Amazon after reading the excellent reviews. Not too expensive either - I went for one of the mid range models (based on the outstanding reviews) and it cost around £40.

I don't, but that's because I have a colored gemstone engagement ring. The GIA's care page says to keep my stone away from heat because it's possible that it was heat treated to enhance color.

I will say that when my jeweler steam cleans my ring (rarely), it comes out look so beautiful and sparkly!

But, at home for routine cleaning, I just use distilled water and Dawn.

When I go to my jeweler for a repair or purchase, I always have them steam clean my mom's diamond wedding band and it absolutely sparkles. I've been tempted to purchase a steam cleaner but if I would only use it for that one ring, I dunno. Ok, maybe my diamond studs too. So maybe ...

It looks great and very similar to mine! It is quite addictive - one tip I read is to do one cycle with the specialist cleaning fluid and then a second one with just water.. I tried that and everything came out sparkling!
