Whether the world's worst pick up line or you daily horoscope, everyone is familiar with the signs of the Zodiac.

But what about our bags? What bag/bags do you own that best exemplify your Astrological Sign?

For me, being a Gemini, it has to be my Sorial. A dual purpose bag, it can effortlessly convert to a backpack as I trek across the parking lot at the college where I work. Once inside (and the elevator is working) my bag easily converts to a slouchy shoulder bag.

So there it is. Two bags in one for my (occasionally contentious) Gemini soul.

I have a pink clutch wallet--but nothing striped as a Hampshire.

Many of my bags are large omnivores, eating whatever's thrown @ them.

Most are leather. Many have 4 feet. And are extremely intelligent designs, despite being under the radar/overlooked creatures.

None has a snout--1 has floppy "ears" as part of design (mulberry alice zipped tote).

They sit on grass & near fences. They like to play outdoors.
Indoors, they eye slices of cake greedily. And root for truffles in dark wardrobes.

I draw the line @ allowing them to roll in mud. If not designed for that.
A couple roll in mud--have frisky strap-tails with tough skin. And sometimes smell of bacon, if we're stopping @ greasy spoon diners to ask directions.

Some make little snuffling noises. I only hope they aren't planning to organize a rebellion, aka George Orwell's book (Animal Farm).

Hehehe. I'm Cancer. So I like bags that are not easy to access. Many have flaps and buckles and zippers all together and the zippers and buckles can bite fingers or clothes. Most of my bags are made from hard wearing leather that doesn't scratch easily and if it scratches my bags wear those marks with pride. They are not flashy and can be overlooked easily - I love brown bags. I'm not into small bags, the bags have to be big enough to hide behind (or in) them or to carry all sea floor treasures around. As Cancers like to do one step forward and two steps back my bags aren't "it-bags", they stand the test of time and I considered (almost) every purchase back and forth.

A sneaking suspicion that she might be a Capricorn, Goat Pony's obvious choice would have to be Balenciaga! :giggles:

MariaPia, I'm a Libra too! We're said to be fair and diplomatic and strive to keep everything in balance, hence our sign of the scales.
My favorite bag shape is the satchel, preferably with both handles and a shoulder strap. On the medium to smallish-large size, where everything fits comfortably without breaking my shoulder
