The Hermes Kimono belt is a bit similar. It uses the twilly at the ends of the belt to attach / secure the belt in place.

The BA Highlife shop don't sell them anymore. I ordered a blue one a couple of months ago and they phoned to say they coudn't get any more so were cancelling my order and doing a refund. I was
