We are leaving on a cruise in about a month and I was hoping to get some input as to my cruise itinerary and possible store locations along the way.

Looking for my 35cm Black Birkin and need all the help I can get :smile1:. OK here goes for all the shopping experts... are there any recommended stores/SA at the following:

Beijing, China
Xiamen, China
Hong Kong
Nha Trang, Vietnam
Siem Reap, Cambodia
Singapore
Semarang, Indonesia
Padang Bai, Indonesia
Exmouth, Australia
Fremantle, Australia
Melbourne, Australia
Sydney, Australia
Honolulu, Hawaii

BTW give me some good stores to go to and your wishlist and I can report for everybody while I'm shopping ;) TIA!!!!

i think hawaii would be your best bet. some stores usually have birkins and kellys available but now inventory seems scarce. hawaiian stores sells birkins to walk-ins because there is such a large tourist population.

Thanks Everlong I was thinking Hawaii might be a good one. As you mentioned inventory seems to be low right now, I have been to Chicago a few times and no luck.

There's no Hermes store at the following:

Semarang, Indonesia
Padang Bai, Indonesia
Exmouth, Australia
Fremantle, Australia

Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne, HongKong, and Beijing might have it but I heard it's only for their VVVIP (please correct me if I'm wrong). Your best bet might be in Hawaii, but I've also seen it on display at Chicago boutique. HTH!

There are three Hermes stores that I often passby every week and I could hardly see any Kelly or Birkin on the shelf in the past 2 years. As for garden party, jypsiere and So Kelly, I got to see them on the shelf from time to time (only 1 bag at a time though). But they usually got sold out within the same day that I saw them. We have a lot of mainland tourists coming into the Hermes stores everyday and they would buy anything at the stores without thinking twice. So if you don't have that much time to spend during your stay in HK, don't waste your time in the Hermes store at Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui. There is always a line queuing up outside. Hope that helps!;)
