My current favorite is Santa Fe Chocolatesmith ... I mean, chocolate pate' ?? And the variety of barks is divine, my favorites being Green Chili Pistachio Bark and White Chocolate Lemon Lavender Bark. Today we tried Sierra Blanca: "cool lime white chocolate brimming with mounds of mild Ancho Chili Pate', then hand-dipped in Dark Chocolate."
