Arghhh...! Look what's happend to my Utah

I know it's unacceptable and they should give me a new one, but what can I really do? I'm no important client - LV will survive without my purchases....:wtf:

I buy the bag on 30th january, after 6 week's the bag was broken. The bag is now in repair since 4 weeks and the nice lady on LV help line told me it's going another 3 week's till I get my bag back.

Is there some time limit? Some internal secret rule, that say's after waiting more than 6 week's - the next purchase is going on the house :nuts: ? No?
