So sorry to hear that Glad you sent it back to be fixed though, to have that damage after only six weeks is unacceptable!! show us some pics when you get it back!
I know it's unacceptable and they should give me a new one, but what can I really do? I'm no important client - LV will survive without my purchases....
I buy the bag on 30th january, after 6 week's the bag was broken. The bag is now in repair since 4 weeks and the nice lady on LV help line told me it's going another 3 week's till I get my bag back.
Is there some time limit? Some internal secret rule, that say's after waiting more than 6 week's - the next purchase is going on the house ? No?
