Are we no longer allowed to use Photobucket to put up pics?

I tried linking some photos I have in my Photobucket account to a thread I was typing here and instead of the photo coming up, I was getting a box that said "Photobucket has deleted or moved this image".

But, the picture was right there in my account and I put it up on another board I go to and it worked there.
