Tory Burch are Tory Burch Bags being Faked???

I heard the shoes are but wasn't sure about the bags.
I saw a satchel bag I liked on ebay. I know the style is last seasons but I am not sure if it's real...

I saw a bag from I think Antonio Melani at Macys that looked exactly like a Tory Burch and the logosymbol did even too. It was really creepy.

I'm sure you have to be worried about fakes from TB just like the rest of the bags - the logo is recognizable, so it's a target for copycats.
I just rented this fabulous (real) Tory Burch tote from Bag Borrow or Steal. It's a gorgeous red with a fun punched logo.
