Are these too big?

Hiya! It's my first pair of Gucci Princetown mules and I read so many reviews etc, and ended up ordering my usually size (thank goodness) which is a IT38 or US8.
I know a lot of people said to size up half a size at least, but I do have quite narrow feet so decided to stick to my usual.

Now, I received them today and the are GORGEOUS, BUT I'm thinking they still are a bit loose for me (at least that's the way I feel when I'm sitting cross legged with the top leg hanging downwards) otherwise when I walk they feel OKAY..not snug like I'm used to with other shoes even my Chanel espadrilles.

My question is can anyone see from these pictures if they look too big, and if I should consider a 37 1/2? I'm just concerned then it may be too small!

Yes I know, that's what I'm afraid of. When I walk they feel slightly loose, almost like they will have a potential to slip off, but they haven't and I've walked around my home all day so far. I imagine my feet will swell when the weather gets hot too, so I will keep them.

I, too, have very narrow feet and this is how they fit on me. I tried the half size smaller and they initially looked okay and felt snugger, but when I walked around the house in them, my feet got pushed to the back and nearly came off the edge! Keep the size you have. It will be interesting to see how they are for you when you wear them outside. I ended up returning mine because I was worried that they’d slip off my feet as my feet are so narrow, and I didn’t want to take the risk!

Hi @Lover Girl! I also have narrow feet, and in my typical US size of 41 they were way too wide. I was afraid that they might fall off if I walked outside in them--so I returned them. I am debating if I should try the half size smaller or not. I am wondering how these worked out for you?
