Are there different chain/strap lengths for the classic flaps?

Hi everyone,

Sorry for what may be a silly question, but I'm new to Chanel bags. I was wondering, are there different chain lengths for the classic flap bags? I don't mean does the length vary between sizes. More that I've seen some people with classic flaps with very long straps, sometimes worn cross-body, and some with much shorter straps, so I was wondering about this.

^yes between the m/l and jumbo, the jumbo is longer, but can always make them extra long by making it into 1 strap intead of 2

Oh! So the two straps can be changed into 1, or left as 2? I didn't realize that. Thank you!

So do all the classic flaps (or at least the medium size) have the option of being worn with a single strap (longer) or double straps?

AND you can use a ribbon or plastic trash wraps to adjust the length the way you want!!

Also apparently sometimes chain lengths a bit different as my 09a metallic grey jumbo strap is a bit longer than my other jumbos... For no apparent reason but tis true!

Gulp...yea so did I, until the ugly price jump rumor mill started churning out in full gear. So here I am with my classic Jumbo flap (and I couldn't be more excited)!!
