I did a brief search. Unfortunately anklets not as fancy as bracelets or necklaces. The latter two have high jewellery pieces.

There's not even a Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra anklet.

I've been talking to our SA at Cartier about custom making an anklet from a bracelet for my wife. The SA said it's not a problem and has been done before.

Yes, it's part of the Love collection. It appears that it would make a wonderful anklet! Would just need to have the chain lengthened.
