Are skinny mini's included in the semi annual sale?

I want a skinny mini for my smaller bags but I'm not sure if I should buy it now with the 25% off or wait and see if they're part of the semi annual sale. I can't remember if they were included in the last semi annual sale(didn't need one then).

If you have an outlet near you, you can sometims find them for around $10. I've also gotten some from FOS for $14.
