Are Motorcycle Bags the same as City bags?

I am VERY new, so this might be a silly question. I have been searching threads for Motorcycle bags, but have not found any photos or references. However, I saw a bag that was described as " City handbag Black Motorcycle 2006"
Is this a type of city bag, or what? I am SO confused, but dying to get my first Ballenciaga...... Thanks!

The Motorcycle bag is the common name for a whole family of bags, of which City is one. They are the bags that have either tassels and "regular hardware", or the giant gold or silver hardware. Most of the bags discussed in this forum belong to the Motorcycle line.
