Are client profiles country specific?

I have a US/Canada in-store profile, but for some reason, the Tiffany SA can't see a purchase I made in Tokyo... and I know I gave them my name and email when I was at the Ginza store in 2018... Does anyone have confirmation or experience with client profiles in different countries?

My instinct is that they should be able to see your global purchase history. When my sister visited me in Switzerland, I'm pretty sure my SA was able to pull up the purchase history of her fiancé who lives in the States. But maybe a former/current Tiffany employee can confirm this.

Yeah I don't even know how I go about getting a receipt for my purchase in Tokyo back in 2018. I know the exact date, hour, and boutique location of the purchase... Even the name and email it would be under. I'm in the U.S. and don't speak Japanese to call them!
