So I’m at the cantera shops in San Antonio and there was a line at lv. Once I was inside I had to wait for someone to help me. I looked at the men’s and I wanted to look at the travel bags but I wasn’t allowed to browse. Since it was in a different department I had to wait in front and wait for another attendant to come help me take me to that area. I didn’t feel like waiting and left. The shopping experience was awful with her standing behind me and asking if I wanted to see the item 7 times. I just wanted to browse and see if they had anything new.

I have witnessed the same thing. Wait in line for an SA, sanitize, then they seem to want to know exactly what you want. I felt sort of rushed, maybe because there was a big line outside. All customers were separated. Go away COVID!!!

Browsing is a thing of the past in many places. They want you to look at the website, know what you want then come in to see it in person and purchase if it works for you.

Shame things have changed but only fair for those waiting in line behind you.

Agreed with all above members. I been to the store 3-4 times this month and the same. Wait in line, sanitize your hands, you assigned to a SA, and they will follow you around. Feeling very uncomfortable if you don't buy but just browsing or looking.
