For this item, we need much better pictures. It exists as an excellent counterfeit (and has been sold especially in the UK at least 5 times already). The pictures posted are not sufficient and the seller does not have a selling history, which gives me a good feeling.
We need close-ups of the design and good views on the whole scarf. Sorry

The seller has sent more photos - very clear and high definition, but the files are soooooooooooooo large and I can not resize or upload to tPF for some reason. I will do my best to resize if I possibly can, however, in the meantime, do these photos help?

Hello, I should be grateful if you would have a look at this scarf. Although I shan't be bidding I do have a query , I own the identical colourway of this , bought on Ebay a couple of years ago and have never had any doubt it is genuine. It feels and looks perfect , and I really love it .
Now I see this one , from a most reputable seller , and the border is the thing .
Mine has no border , but has a contrast hem in the turquoise .
As far as I know this is a single issue scarf 2006

Dear Ladies, I am not seeking authentication here but have a related question... Are authentic H carrés always perfect squares? I bought two dip dyes (Bride de Gala and Astrologie), both pre-owned but in mint condition from a reputable online shop earlier this year. Had them dry cleaned once after receiving them. I subsequently noticed that they are not perfect squares of 90x90 (more like 84x89) in my attempt to fold them into triangles. At first I thought something happened to them during the cleaning process, but then that might have changed their shapes, not their dimensions. Any insight from you would be much appreciated. TIA!

from what I can see, this is authentic.
two versions of this design exist. the one you are describing and the one with the border (as in this listing). need to check my database when both versions were issued, but there are two.
