Hi ladies,
Don't know if you saw my other thread, but I have recently stumbled upon Arayla, which is a new luxury handbag company that produces all of their bags in Los Angeles, CA. This is a huge selling point for me so I started following them on Instagram to get an idea of the bag styles that they offer.

I contacted the company and got in contact with an awesome stylist who has been totally helpful. I requested some leather swatches and they got here super quick.

I need help figuring out which bag to get next. I am attaching leather swatches and a picture of my pewter butter leather Nightingale satchel.

And...in case you are wondering, YES, the leathers feel amazing. The softest is the Pacific calfskin. I have my favorites but I want to see what you all think!

Interesting. This reminds me of innes bags. Many years ago we had several threads on here about them. But they were in Uruguay. You could customize various bags. I still have one.

Anyway, have fun designing your bag! Let us know what you decide.

Good call mleleigh. I wanted the titanium initially. The Monroe is a super cute and functional bag. My fr End has it and I played around with it. I LOVE the slip pocket on the back. I am crossing my fingers that they consider adding slip pockets to other bags also. I find myself not having an easy access place to put my phone.

Oh my gosh....it’s so funny that you say that. I was thinking about Ignes the other day. I had a few of their bags and loves the leather they used. It’s fun being able to customize handbags!!

Nice to know someone else on here from those old days! Perhaps this new American company will do well.

Hahaha....yes, I go way back to when my kids were tiny and I was in here and the diaper bags yahoo group while I was nursing my babies. It’s been a while since I have been this bag obsessed and excited to create something new, made just for me. I also hope this brand catches on. The quality and philosophy are amazing. There are so many small nuances that they thought of when designing the brands. I think they are also open to suggestions and requests. So...we will see. For now I’m going to enjoy my bag and plan for the next!
