Aquamarine/diamond ring?

I'm totally in love w/ the aquamarine or light blue topaz type stone with a diamond type halo around it. I REALLY love the look of this one...but does anyone know of anywhere that sells it cheaper?

It's already pretty cheap for what it is! That aqua is rather poorly cut.

If you want cheaper you'd probably be best served with costume jewelry... maybe sterling with CZs and a blue topaz?
