Well I took the plunge last night and used Appleguard leather conditioner on my new Mulberry pink Phobe, it Looks beautiful. Maybe a slight darkening of the leather-not really noticible-but I think it looks rich. I wanted to do it after cleaning all my LV leather handles, bottoms and trim and just did it. I am happy to say it worked. 
It took kind of long because I wanted it to be just perfect and as I did it I thought of the detail my huysband takes to clean his cars. I used to wonder why it took forever. No I realize you want perfection.
