I just treated my bags with the apple care leather conditoner and stain repellant. I'm concerned becasue, although I covered the canvas the best I could, some of the spray got on the canvas. Is this okay? I wiped it off, however it's a stain and water repellant so it's greasy feeling--will this stuff stain the white MC canvas??

Just wipe off with a damn cloth and dry it. You'll be fine, it wont hurt the canvas. Be sure to wipe down and dry the brass as well.
Did you mean a Damp cloth?

Applegarde will NOT harm your canvas! I always DRENCH my canvases with the spray!
