Apple guard for cowhide leather? New looping bag.

Just purchased the new looping bag and the trim looks darker than the typical light vachetta. Website says it’s cowhide trim. Does anyone have cowhide or own this bag and know if I should spray with apple guard? Does this leather get darker? Will it get rain spots if I don’t spray?

I had the same question and found that Kenysha on YouTube posted a video on LV pretreated vachetta bags. She dropped a bit of water on at least one of the bags to demonstrate that it would not stain. I’m still going to be careful with my treated VVN, but it should be fine!

I also ordered the Looping — hope you love and enjoy yours!

That’s exciting the bag is beautiful! Are you planning on using Apple guard on it?
