Anywhere I can buy a Fendi 2jours leather hang tag?

I don't think Fendi would sell the tag only.
Last time, I lost the tag after I got the monster heatstamp on it. I went back to boutique and asked for replacement ( I said I will pay for new one)
Almost 4 years, I don't see any emails or calls from the boutique for new one
